Spectrum at Val Vista

The Spectrum at Val Vista was a joint venture development with a highly respected national developer. The property is a Class A, 624-unit garden style apartment complex in an area that has had a 3% annual population growth rate since 2000. The project was part of a 1,470-acre master-planned development that will eventually support 4,200 single family, multi-family and condominium units. A high-end shopping center (main street style) and hospital, as well as an elementary school and high school are included in the plans.
